A 3 + 2 split training program, where the muscles to be trained are divided into three workouts and in addition two spot workouts, where the muscle groups that need special attention are trained a second time during the same week. The training program focuses especially on the development of the back of the legs as well as the arms and shoulders.

With this training program, after a 4-year break from competition, I returned to the competition bodybuilding platforms and built my physique with which I achieved the IFBB PRO CLASSIC PHYSIQUE card.

The program is primarily designed for a slightly more experienced trainer, but it is also suitable for a beginner and a person who trains with a goal in mind!
